How it's different from other gym apps

Workout loggers such as Hevy and Strong record what you do; you bring the plan. Planner apps such as Fitbod build the plan, but most of what they do is behind a subscription (Fitbod is $15.99 a month). GymAdapt does both, and the plan, the logging and the first 30 days of adaptive weights are free.
