How to cancel Planet Fitness in Canada, step by step
- Find your home club (the one where you joined) and its address.
- Write a short letter: your full name, PF Club Pass number or member details, and a clear request to cancel your membership. Sign and date it.
- Send it by registered mail with delivery notification, or take it to the club and cancel in person.
- Keep the registered-mail receipt or the club's confirmation.
- Ask the club for your final payment date, and check whether your annual fee date falls before it.
