THE PLAN FOR YOUR CRUNCH CLUB (OUR APP)

GymAdapt: lifting on the Crunch floor, planned and progressed

Crunch+ is great for classes. On the weight floor, GymAdapt writes the plan for your goal and days, shows a video for every exercise, logs each set and raises your weights as you get stronger. Get GymAdapt free on the App Store →

Crunch clubs usually have free weights and dumbbells (often up to around 125 lb), power and squat racks or half-rack platforms, selectorized machines, cardio, a turf functional area and the HIITZone for coached high-intensity classes. Crunch+ is built around classes and programs; for a progressive lifting plan you want a tracker that remembers every set.
