These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the GymAdapt AI mobile application and related services (the "App"), operated by GymAdapt AI ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
GymAdapt AI is a workout-planning and tracking application that generates training programs, offers AI-assisted coaching, logs your workouts, and provides progress insights and optional community features. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
GymAdapt AI provides general fitness and informational content only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional guidance from a physician, physical therapist, or qualified trainer. Exercise carries inherent risks. Consult a healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, and stop and seek care if you experience pain, dizziness, or other symptoms. You use the App and perform any exercise at your own risk.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use the App. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account and device. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to misuse the App, including: reverse-engineering or interfering with the App or its systems; attempting to access other users' data; uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; harassing other users; or using the App to build a competing product. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
If you post content through community features (profiles, posts, crews, leaderboards), you are responsible for it and grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it within the App. You must have the rights to any content you post. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
The App, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by GymAdapt AI and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
The App relies on third-party services (including Apple, Amazon Web Services, and RevenueCat) to operate. Your use of those features may also be subject to the third party's terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated recommendations are appropriate for you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GymAdapt AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or for personal injury arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from within the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which GymAdapt AI operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
